Mich testing the drum sound

After setting up the drums, Mich and Sam took the afternoon for testing different possible sounds.

Getting ready

 While Mich is preparing to start recording, the rest of the band spend most of the time discovering the studio and fooling around.

Setting up the drums

For the last couple of hours we set up the drums. Right now sound engineer Sam Wirtz is checking the drum sound. Drummer Mich will probably start recording the first track in an hour. 

Arriving and getting started

We arrived here in Karlsdorf yesterday at midnight. This morning we moved our gear to the recording room.
